Apples and Asthma - Asthma has many restrictions, mainly related to pets. It's hard for people with asthma have a cute cat or, say adorable fluffy rabbit. But to live with asthma is not just a debate about pets, but rather how to adapt to the suffering that limits a person's ability to breathe, while reducing the quality of life of sufferers.
Of the various treatments and therapies, encouraging news emerged recently. Institute for Heart and Lung National at Imperial College London, conducted the research with fruit intake monitored 2,640 children aged between 5 to 10 years and to record the data.
Children who drank apple juice from fruit concentrate directly, at least once a day, lowering the risk of wheezing of asthma by 47 percent compared to children who drank apple juice once a week or less.
Based on previous research, which showed increased lung function with a high consumption of fruit, apples and apple juice research was carried out on children, after the Imperial College to conduct clinical trials in adults.
